First off, we hope you are always satisfied and never wish to return any item we sell, but Moms Who Golf will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for washed, worn or altered merchandise.
Items purchased on sale are returnable for a store credit only.
Items purchased during clearance sales are final.
Store credit is redeemable for 12 months after issue. We will honor previous purchase prices.
Packages refused by the recipient at the time of delivery or not delivered because of a wrong address given by the customer will be resent at the customer's expense.
Return procedure:
1. Ask for a RAN (Return Authorization Number):
Please fill out the form below with:
- the reason of your return. - your order number and your name.
- the list of the items you are returning.
- your exchange wishes (extra shipping fees may apply).
We will send you a RAN. The merchandise must be sent back to us within one week after the RAN number has been issued. Returns made after one week will be subject to 20% restocking fee.
2. Send the return item in its original package, with tag attached to:

Please put the RAN on the box. We recommend that you send your package with a delivery confirmation. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
It can take 2 to 3 weeks for a return to be credited back to your credit card.
